What is eLibraries & how to use it?
eLibraries stands for electronic library. eLibrariesManitoba(eLM) allows patrons to download popular audio books and eBooks at anytime to their personal computers, laptops and other electronic devices. These files are accessible from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.
eLM services are part of the Bibliothèque Taché Library's membership benefits.
eBooks cannot be used on, or downloaded to, library equipment.
It is important for new users to read all the information found by clicking on the New eLM User button. This provides information on the types of software needed and the compatibility of equipment, as well as an overview of the process of downloading an eBook. Your library has been given special access, or pays money so that its patrons can access ebooks, audio books, services and resources through eLibraries for free.
You need your ID and/or password to access many of the online library resources. So you will need to contact your library to obtain the username or/and password needed to connect to eLibraries.
